After a forced downtime associated with the war, the construction of a residential complex along Kruglouniversitetskaya Street in Kyiv was resumed. At this stage, work is underway to install an underground multi-level parking lot. The "wall in the ground" is completed and the pile-barrets are made. Now the excavation of the pit and the installation of temporary spacer structures are underway. The construction conditions are very difficult (a cramped site surrounded by existing buildings, difficult transport logistics in the very center of the city), but the work is progressing thanks to the highly qualified staff and the availability of special equipment.
